La Declaración de las Naciones Unidas

El 1 de enero de 1942, los gobiernos de 26 países, entre ellos China, Estados Unidos, Gran Breta?a y la Unión Soviética, emitieron una declaración conjunta en Washington, llamada la “Declaración de las Naciones Unidas”, para formar la Alianza Antifascista. La declaración estaba a favor de la “Carta del Atlántico” y en ella se decidió luchar conjuntamente para derrotar la agresión fascista de Alemania, Italia y Japón. Ninguno debía negociar individualmente la paz con el país agresor sin su rendición incondicional. China, como miembro de los cuatro aliados en la Guerra Mundial Antifascista, firmó la declaración.

La "Declaración de las Naciones Unidas" fue el primer documento programático común de los países aliados contra los países fascistas de Alemania, Italia y Japón en la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Marcó la creación oficial de la Alianza Antifascista, incentivó a los pueblos antifascistas del mundo a la lucha y fue la base para la victoria final en la guerra antifascista.

聯(lián)合國(guó)家共同宣言

1942年1月1日，中、美、英、蘇等26國(guó)為結(jié)成反法西斯同盟在華盛頓發(fā)表共同宣言，史稱《聯(lián)合國(guó)家共同宣言》。宣言表示贊成《大西洋憲章》，并決心共同打敗德、意、日法西斯侵略，不到侵略國(guó)無(wú)條件投降，決不和敵國(guó)單獨(dú)議和。中國(guó)作為世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)四大盟國(guó)之一簽署了該宣言。

The Declaration by the United Nations

The Declaration by the United Nations was a joint document issued in Washington D. C. on January 1, 1942, by 26 nations, including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union, on the establishment of an anti-fascist alliance. The signatories to the Declaration endorsed the principles of the Atlantic Charter, and pledged to make combined efforts to defeat German, Italian and Japanese fascist aggression, and not to make a separate armistice or peace with the enemies until their unconditional surrender. China signed the document as one of the anti-fascist Allied “Big Four.”

The Declaration by the United Nations was the first joint framework document for the Allied nations in their fight against German, Italian and Japanese fascist states during the Second World War. It marked the official formation of an anti-fascist alliance, boosted the morale of the peoples of the world in their anti-fascist struggle, and laid a foundation for the final victory.

La Déclaration des Nations unies

Le 1er janvier 1942, dans le but de former une alliance antifasciste, vingt-six pays, dont la Chine, les Etats-Unis, le Royaume-Uni et l’URSS, publièrent à Washington une déclaration conjointe qui approuve la Charte de l’Atlantique en exprimant leur détermination à vaincre ensemble l’agression fasciste allemande, italienne et japonaise. Avant la capitulation inconditionnelle des agresseurs, aucune nation ne négociera la paix avec un pays ennemi. La Chine a signé cette déclaration en tant que l’une des quatre puissances alliées de la Guerre mondiale antifasciste.

La Déclaration des Nations unies constitue le premier programme des Alliés contre les pays fascistes de la Seconde Guerre mondiale – à savoir l’Allemagne, l’Italie et le Japon – et marque la formation officielle de l’Alliance antifasciste. Elle a encouragé l’ardeur antifasciste de toutes les nations et constitué le fondement d’une victoire définitive dans la guerre contre le fascisme.

1942年1月1日、中國(guó)、アメリカ、イギリス、ソ連など26ヵ國(guó)は反ファシズム同盟を結(jié)成し、ワシントンで共同宣言を発表した。この宣言は歴史上「連合國(guó)共同宣言」とよばれている。宣言は「大西洋憲章」に賛成するとともに、ドイツ、イタリア、日本のファシズム國(guó)家の侵略をともに打ち破り、これらの侵略國(guó)が無(wú)條件降伏しなければ、絶対に敵國(guó)と単獨(dú)講和しないという決意を示した。中國(guó)は世界反ファシズム戦爭(zhēng)の四大同盟國(guó)の一員として、この宣言に調(diào)印した。

「連合國(guó)共同宣言」は、第二次世界大戦における反ファシズム同盟國(guó)がドイツ、イタリア、日本のファシズム諸國(guó)と戦ううえでの初の共同綱領(lǐng)的文書で、反ファシズム同盟が正式に形成されたことを示すとともに、世界の人々のファシズムに対する闘志に火をつけ、反ファシズム戦爭(zhēng)が最終的に勝利するための基礎(chǔ)を築いた。

1 января 1942 года, в целях формирования антифашистского союза, 26 государств, в том числе Китай, США, Великобритания, СССР, опубликовали в Вашингтоне совместную декларацию, которая впоследствии стала известна как ?Декларация Объединенных Наций?. В декларации было установлено, что все члены союза выступают за общую программу целей и принципов ?Атлантической хартии? и намерены совместными усилиями одержать победу над германским, итальянским и японским фашизмом. Члены союза дали торжественное обязательство приложить максимум усилий для достижения победы и не заключать сепаратного мира. Китай подписал Декларацию в качестве одного из четырех главных членов Союза.

Декларация Объединенных Наций – первый программный документ антифашистского союза, подписанный в ходе Второй мировой войны. Он символизировал официальное формирование антифашистского союза. Декларация вдохновила народы мира на борьбу против фашистов, и заложила основу для окончательной победы в Мировой войне против фашизма.

Die Deklaration der Vereinten Nationen

Am 1. Januar 1942 wurde die Deklaration der Vereinten Nationen von 26 Staaten der antifaschistischen Alliierten, darunter China, die USA, Gro?britannien und die Sowjetunion, in Washington unterzeichnet. Die Alliierten bekr?ftigten die zuvor beschlossene Atlantik-Charta und sicherten zu, die Achsenm?chte (Deutschland, Japan, Italien und deren Verbündete) mit gro?er Entschlossenheit zu bek?mpfen. Die Unterzeichner verpflichteten sich zum Aufbau eines dauerhaften Systems internationaler Sicherheit und zum Verzicht auf separate Friedensschlüsse oder Waffenstillstandsabkommen. Als einer der vier Alliierten unterzeichnete auch China die Deklaration.

Die Deklaration der Vereinten Nationen ist das erste programmatische Dokument zum Kampf der Alliierten gegen das faschistische Deutschland, Italien und Japan. Ihre Unterzeichnung war ein Zeichen für die offizielle Bildung der antifaschistischen Koalition, sie st?rkte den Kampfeswillen der Menschen auf der ganzen Welt und schuf die Grundlage für den endgültigen Sieg im Krieg gegen den Faschismus.
